Let's TALK about your trip. I will have you complete a quick planning questionnaire about your vacation ideas that helps me get to know you and gives me important information about your travel style. I want to know about things you enjoy and don't enjoy, as well as your vacation budget. We'll have a follow up phone call to answer any additional questions.
I will RESEARCH your options based on all of this information and put together some ideas that would work for you. I'll send you several to consider and we can decide which one is the perfect fit for your Caribbean vacation.
I'll BOOK your trip and handle all the details for you. A final, detailed itinerary will be sent to you that includes all of the information. you need.
Have FUN! All you'll need to do is show up ready for a great time. I'll reach out to you before your trip to make sure you have everything you need and answer any last minute questions you may have.
Is There a Planning Fee and Why
As your dedicated travel planner, I invest considerable time in building relationships with travel suppliers and staying updated on the best ways to make your Caribbean vacation unforgettable. To secure my commitment to planning the absolute best trip for you, there is a $100 non-refundable professional fee per family/couple (up to 6 people). This fee covers the initial consultation, research, planning, and booking for your vacation. For larger groups exceeding 6 people, feel free to contact me for a personalized quote.
