I can plan the perfect trip for anyone coming to Nashville! Girls trips, couples, families, solo travelers, bachelor or bachelorette parties, honeymoons, small groups, or large parties! I can also arrange special requests, such as decorations, snacks/drinks stocked, luggage storage, photo sessions, private chefs, or even a margarita bar to enjoy before a night out!

I Will Research Your Options: I will research your options and plan your Nashville trip, then send you a proposed, personalized itinerary. No two itineraries look the same! After you review it, we'll make any changes needed that you think won't suit your needs perfectly.
I'll Book Your Trip: I'll handle all the details of your trip and send you a final itinerary with all of your confirmation numbers and reservations details. You'll know exactly where to go and how to get there!
Just Enjoy: Have fun! All you'll need to do is show up ready for a great time. I'll reach out to you before your Nashville trip to make sure you have everything you need and answer any last minute questions you may have.
What are My Planning Options and How Much Does It Cost
Different travelers have different needs, and I offer flexible planning options (Prices below are for groups from 1-6 people):
Daily Itinerary: A complete, personalized itinerary covering all details, with planning fees are $50/day. I create each day just for you, based on your interests and needs. (This rate does not include reservations and ticket management)
Complete Itinerary Management: If you don't want to worry about any details at all, I can also handle all of your reservations and ticket purchases along with your itinerary. Once you've approved your itinerary, I charge a 15% fee to make all of your reservations, purchase your tickets, etc.  All you'll have to do is show up! (I quote the itinerary using NET pricing, as most activity itineraries are non-commisionable so you are getting the whole sale price with no mark-ups. I then charge an Itinerary Management Fee of 15% of the cost of services to handle every detail of your trip. Meal reservations are $10 per reservation.Â
Lodging Only: For those wanting free time instead of an itinerary for their vacation, a lodging-only option is available at $50 per reservation. I can also include flight bookings at a separate fee.

Vacation planning takes time. Researching your options and planning your perfect trip often takes hours and no two itineraries look the same. I give each client 100%! While some reservations such as lodging pay a commission to travel planners, my services go beyond a typical travel agent's and I help you plan the details, which are non-commissionable. I also provide support to my clients through the time of your trip, so I'm here to answer any questions and help you handle any last minute issues that may pop up. You have a real person watching your back!
